50% Avesso & 50% Arinto
A testament to the potential of Northern Portugal’s white varietals, they produce elegant, high-toned wines you can dance with! Thsis is a low-intervention wine that spends three months on the skins, then on the lees until bottling. Fermented with chestnut flowers (1lb per 500L) and only gets 10mg/L SO2 at bottling. Both varietals came from VINHO VERDE (Avesso comes from Quinta Sra Barbara).
