Varieties: Macabeo & Airén.
Vinification Method: Vermador Organic White, is produced from selected organically grown Macabeo and Airén grapes using classical winemaking techniques. Flor de Pinoso White is made from a selection of grapes from the best vineyards. The winemaking is with indigenous yeast only, and the use of sulfites is minimal (less than 50mg/l).
Tasting Note: This wine boast a brilliant, pale-straw color with aromas of apple and citrus fruits on the nose. On the palate, the wine has a fresh liveliness which is refreshing and fruity with a clean finish.
Pairing: Ideally suited to vegetable rice, white fish, white meat or lovely by itself.
