OUR NAME, OUR WAY

What's a ñapa?

Born with the indigenous peoples of the Caribbean, who used it in trade — the little extra thrown in when the deal was done. The French made it lagniappe in Louisiana. In Venezuela, a kid buying a pound of cheese asks for la ñapa — and walks home with extra slices, or a caramel.

That's our name, and that's how we cook. A little something extra, every time.

The burger was no ordinary burger. Massive for a great price, very juicy and extremely well seasoned in every single bite.
